Malaria prescription for established patients, by phone - $20

Travel consultation via Website Questionnaire - $50

PPD (TB) test only (no travel visit) with documentation - $50

Hep A and Hep B boosters for established pts - no office visit charge

Cost of vaccines – please call as they can vary month to month

We accept VISA, Mastercard, local checks and cash payable at time of service.
